Where can we buy AMRICH collections ?

How many days will it take for my order to be shipped ?
We usually ship within 10-15 days. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.
How do I track my order?

How can I pay my Bill online ?
You can pay your Amrich bill online conveniently and securely via RazorPay Secure platform, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.
Where is my order processed from?
Orders are processed from our warehouse in Delhi, India.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Drop us an email for any delivery request that is not as per our website timelines and we will try our best to accommodate.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
The system recognizes each order as unique and unfortunately combining is not possible once two separate orders are placed.
Can I change/ cancel my order?
We do not offer a cancellation option once the order is placed.
However, if you wish to modify your order prior to 24 hours, we can offer a gift card instead of a refund. These can be redeemed within 6 months on your next purchase from the website. These gift cards are only valid on this website and not applicable on any other website or brick-&-mortar stores offering Amrich products.
What is your return policy?
If the item doesn’t fit you, we will exchange it for an alternate size. We accept returns for any genuine defects in the piece caused due to damage in transit and will replace it with another piece of the same style once this is brought to our notice which should be within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. If for some reason we are unable to provide you with the same style due to unavailability, we would issue a gift card to you which can be utilized for any future purchase on the website.

The exchange of size as well as gift card is only applicable if the product is received in pristine condition.

By when can I expect my store credits?
We offer a gift card via email and this works similar to the store credits. Once your product is received back at the warehouse, we will check if the piece is in its original condition and packaging. The gift card will appear in your email within 3-4 working days of our receiving the product back intact. In any case if you do not receive the gift card post confirmation from our end, please reach out to us at support@amrichdesigns.com
Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Currently our website only accepts orders which have been paid for in full. We are working on a part COD option which will be activated soon.
Do you charge shipping on your products?
Free shipping applies on all deliveries within India. For international deliveries, the shipping cost would be approximately INR 6500 / USD 75. Shipping cost will be added at check out over the final order. You can proceed for payment after the full cost of your order is calculated.
Do you accept orders online for International delivery?
Yes we do accept orders for international delivery. Users logging in from India would not have the option for an international delivery.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We are unable to offer returns on international orders currently.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our team will connect with you prior to your delivery via mentioned email or phone number. In case you miss your delivery and the piece is received back at the studio someone from our logistics will connect with you before re-initiating the process.

What taxes are applicable on the products?
As per the Indian Tax Laws, our garments would have a 12% GST which is included in the price.
