DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All domestic deliveries are free within the country (India). 

The delivery will be taken care of by the Indian standard courier agencies and companies. 

Shipping for domestic buyers - package will be dispatched within 10-15 days of order placement; and should reach you within 7~10 days thereafter. If you would like express delivery, extra charges will be added. If there are any special circumstances, the same will be informed to you by email.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Shipping for international buyers - package will be dispatched within 10-15 days of order placement; and should reach you within 10~15 days thereafter. If you would like express delivery, extra charges will be added. If there are any special circumstances, the same will be informed to you by email.

International Deliveries are chargeable and the final amount will be calculated and known to you at the time of checkout according to the final weight and volume of the package. 

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of the product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The package is packed in our warehouse in Delhi and dispatched to the given shipping address. 

The shipping address needs to be correct with the accurate details which helps in delivering the package quickly. 

Shipping time is usually 8 working days from the time of placing the order. The shipping takes 5 to 8 working days depending on the shipper.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

At times, orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. We cannot control nor be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. At such times, we will work with you to find a resolution.

We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot be liable or held responsible if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address. Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
